Welcome to Beauty Lane

Beauty Lane has been a home for entertaining since the beginning in December 2008!   Over the years,  Amy and Jordan have welcomed their family and friends for Football Sundays,  Pizza Pool Parties, Dance Parties, and countless other good times!  Their love of entertaining continues more than 13 years later!

Of course, one thing that was never missing at these gatherings is some good food!  Amy has always had a passion for home cooking and loves creating from scratch.  This style of cooking reminds her of her grandmother and aunt,  who passed down their recipes to Amy at a young age.

This passion for cooking from scratch only grew when Amy started gardening.  Fresh herbs and vegetables at her fingertips allowed her creativity to blossom!  When gardening combined with Amy and Jordan's love for animals, one thing led to another and their home soon became an urban farm with a flock of chickens!

Next, birds in the area saw the chickens and found Amy and Jordan's home to be a safe haven, too!   And just like that, a flock of Mallard ducks have called Amy and Jordan's home their Winter Home.  Stay tuned for entertaining stories of Duck Drama!

Amy and Jordan also strive for a Zero Waste Lifestyle.  While every day continues to be an opportunity for growth, Amy and Jordan are happy to share what they've learned so far on their journey to Zero Waste.
